The hotel is located near the sea, albeit slightly away from the main pier. Taxi rides are required to reach tourist attractions. there are many eateries and a giant supermarket nearby. the staff is helpful and patient, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, with powerful showers and a selection of TV channels. the breakfast is great and caters to all tastes.

the room was really clean and comfortable with a powerful shower, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. the location was ideal, with a large supermarket and plenty of small eateries close by. We especially loved the breakfast, which had a nice mix of food to suit everyone's taste, including delicious Pho and yoghurts.

That the hotel was not in a very touristy area, which meant we had to spend a lot of money on taxis to get to the main attractions. It was also a bit tricky to communicate with the locals as very few spoke English, but this is to be expected in a foreign country.

We had a great stay! The staff went out of their way to make us feel safe and comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a mix of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's location was ideal as it was close to a giant supermarket, small eateries, and a short walk from the start and finish point for the Ha Long Bay marathon. Furthermore, the views were incredible and we had no trouble finding transportation to all of the tourist attractions.

During our recent city break, we had a lovely stay at a hotel with great views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to help us during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the selection of TV channels and powerful shower in the room. the breakfast selection was fantastic and offered a variety of options.

The location of the hotel was not very convenient for tourists, as it was not in close proximity to popular attractions and travel agents. We found ourselves spending a lot of money on taxis in order to explore the area.
